My F2-210 is running at 98%, like a post below I have emailed Terramaster support and received no feedback.

There seems to be one process which is utilising a high amount of the CPU, the process has a strange name: r3hnvnqnm7najbf

Is there a way to delete this process?

It seems your device is infected by mining malware, in order to clean the malware, it is recommended to reset your system to factory default and reinstall the TOS.
