Hi all

I am able to access my Terramaster when on the same network but not when on a different wifi (it can't locate the drive) or on mobile network (it just constantly does the spinning circle).

Any solutions?

If you want to access TNAS remotely, you need to go to Desktop > Remote Access and enable TNAS.online or DDNS.

I'm having the same issue. Even after enabling remote access and pressing apply it flashes the URL for access for a brief moment then it vanishes as if it was never there.

Under other WAN/LAN WIFI, network authentication may take about 1mins.
