Added a 4th drive, waited 2 days and it still spins up every few minutes

Hi all
I have the latest version of TOS and 3 x 4TB drives in the bay. I recently added a 4th, had to wait for 2 days (nearly 3) for the RAID array to rebuild and balance itself, etc but since then, every few minutes, the drive has started reading/writing. I'm not DOING anything on it, it is just sat there idling and every 3 or 4 minutes, it just starts spinning up.
Does anyone know what is causing this? It didn't happen before the new drive was installed.
