F2-210 - No response

My F2-210 has recently stopped working within the last 24 hours, I am unable to access the device from either the desktop app or mobile app. The device does not respond to the power on/off button; the only option would be to switch it off via the mains which i have not done yet.
Only HDD 1 has an active green light, HDD 2 has no light showing. I'm unsure of the OS but do keep on top of updates when they are pushed through.
Any advice on what to do, should I unplug this from the mains.
