TNAS Mobile App

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I recently removed my TNAS App which was working fine.
I went to reinstall it. After I enter my username and password I get a white screen.
Does anyone know who to resolve this issue? Prior to me removing the application it was working fine.

Hello Allan,
I have removed and reinstalled the mobile app several times before I posted in the forum. The results are the same. Will a newer version be coming out soon?

Hello Ryan,
I am using TOS version 4-2-08-2101111540. Mobile App version is 2.4.12. I am not sure what screen shot you need. When I launch the mobile app it finds my NAS. I enter my username and password then get a blank white screen. From a desktop I am able to access and log in to the NAS with no issue.

There may be compatibility issues, you can try to update the system:

Spot on. The upgrade resolved the issue. Was not aware that an upgrade was available.
