Just downloaded BackBlaze B2 Sync on my Terra Master F2-220 but I am getting an error when I try and add a key. "Operation Failed"

It seems to be remembering the key and it says "Connection Name already exists" if I try again so I have to change the name. If I regenerate the keyID and applicationID with BackBlaze I still get "Operation Failed"

Any ideas? Do I need to open up any ports or something?
