appdata is messed up

I had a 502-Bad Gateway, so I had to re-initialise TNAS

I have two RAID instances. 1 and 5
When it all came back up, the Volumes had been assigned to the wrong RAID.
This was quite an easy fix as you can reassign the volume relating to a shared folder. This got all my data visible again.

However, I have an issue with appdata.
It looks like a new appdata was created on Volume #1, which is the RAID 1 instance.
I can see that the original appdata is on Volume #2, which is on the RAID 5 instance.

I can not reassign appdata to Volume #2. I assume because it is a "system folder"

Oddly, my MariaDb is still working, even though it is on the appdata on Volume #1

I would like to get my original appdata from Volume #1 and put it on Volume #2
I will then be able to backup the MariaDb files.
I will also get my Docker images/containers back.

Any thoughts?

I don't understand...you have a F2-221, right?
How do you create a Raid5 in that?

Just to finish this thread off, when I power-cycled the TNAS I was then able to change the Volume assigned to appdata.

Saying that, before I power-cycled I did delete all the contents of the "new" appdata directory.
