TNAS 4.2.17-2110301418-P1.18 shows Internet as Disconnected

Hello
My TNAS F4-210 is currently running TOS version 4.2.17-2110301418-P1.18.
The system information page shows the Internet to be reporting as being Disconnected, as per screenshot SystemInformation_20220112.png. Because of this, I'm unable to update my unit to the latest version of TOS, which the unit itself says is TOS 4.2.20.
Per screenshot NetworkInterface_20220112.png, the default gateway is configured as 192.168.0.1 which matches the IP address of my router. I haven't made any changes to the configuration of my router recently, therefore I don't believe anything has been amended that would have stopped the F4-210 from accessing the internet when it did previously.
Per the recent notification of malware attacks on these units, I have disabled Telnet and SSH access, even across my local network. I have also disabled UPnP discovery.
Is this a problem arising from the currently-installed version of the OS? If so, where can I go to download the files necessary to do a manual update to get me to 4.4.20?
Thanks In Anticipation
