Prompt "Your account has been disabled! Please contact your system administrator" when logging in?

Troubleshooting

Applicable models
All TNAS models

Applicable version
TOS 4.2.07

Cause Analysis
When you confirm that you have the account and it has not been disabled, even your account is the admin account, the login interface prompts "Your account has been disabled! Please contact your system administrator".
This is a user configuration issue in one of the older versions.

Solution
Please follow the instructions below to fix it:
1.Download and unzip the compressed package: https://dl.terra-master.com/cn/TOS_4.2. ... .class.zip
2.Upload or copy the decompressed user.class.php configuration file to TOS under "public/"
3.Enable the ssh service, log in to the SSH terminal?
4.Execute the following command to replace the wrong user.class.php file:

cp /mnt/public/user.class.php /usr/www/tos/controller/
If the above steps cannot not solve your problem, it may be other errors, you can try the following methods:
Repair BTRFS/EXT4 Volume File System or Re-install your TOS

Hello
I have the same issue.
I can access the TOS NAS on the windows file folder side, but I cannot access thru the IP Address via the Web GUI. It seems that the Web GUI is fuckerd, and "My account is disabled" but I can still access the files but not the administrator side of things.

Hello, have you tried to fix it following the steps above, or check if there are any errors in the file system?
