When right click properties on large folder (in TOS file explorer) got timeout.

When I'm trying to right click and select properties on large folder it fail with "Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /us/www/tos/lib/function/file.function.php on line 219" <- i expect that enumerating such large folder is fully OK so i suggest extending that timeout.
