F5-422 always becomes unresponsive after a few days on

Hello, I have a F5-422 with 5 6TB drives in RAID5 (supported drive)
An issue which has been driving my absolutely nuts over the last year is that it'll randomly become unresponsive after a few days of up-time, requiring a hard restart.
It'll stop being connectable on the network, it won't respond to any pings, it'll essentially just die. It remains on, with NIC lights flashing regularly every second or so. It can't be hailed by any computer on the network, or any app. It won't even shut itself down when I tap the power button. I need to hold down the power button and force it to shut down, which is not good for the drives. I can then turn it back on but have to wait a very long time for it to boot back up because of the hard shutdown.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything I can do to fix it? I have tried:

- Updating to the latest TOS
- Wiping and starting again
- Different drives
- Different RAID configuration
- Different network configuration
- Using Truenas/Freenas
