Hi,

I have a brand new MacBook Pro M1 Max and the Terra-Master D5 TB3 5 bay with a Raid 5.
With my old computer it worked fine, now I am not able to make it work.

I followed precisely the given instructions. The Raid showed up directly after installation but once Ive rebooted and set the settings back to "full security" it will be not recognized by the system.

It is a bit urgent and the support is currently offline.

Can someone help?
