Hello !
I got an issue today, after installing my new HDD, Plex got updated and since I can't run it anymore. The app stays on "Stopped" no matter what I do.

I tried to uninstall it, reinstall it.
I tried to follow this topic [viewtopic.php?f=75&t=364] but nothing seems to work.
I also tried to install it with the ".tpk" file [https://www.plex.tv/en-gb/media-server-downloads/] but it doesn't work too...

I actually have an F2-22 with this version number "4.2.09-2101251735".

Could someone help me please ?

I tried to update it, but when I go on "Software update" then "Online update" it says that i'm running the "latest version".

So how/where could I find a newer version ?

i mean this in the nicest way any chance TMRoy can be given a bit more training on how to respond to posts, a lot of the time they are abupt, dismissive and unhelpful with crucial information missing that people really need to know, if you compare your responses to his you will see the difference in quality (this is just an observation of being on the forurm for well over a year now)

I has finally work, but i'm kinda sad that I lost all my previous installation by just trying to update plex...

There might be something to do on this point.
