Help - 502 Bad Gateway

Yesterday my Plex server stopped working. So I tried to login via my IP 10.0.0.101:8181. I am greeted by "502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.18.0" so I try http://10.0.0.102:8181/tos/index.php. Same 502 error. I reboot the NAS and tried again, same 502 error. Interestingly I can still access the drive via my windows PC where I added the public folder as a Mapped Drive. I was able to open files and copy data back and forth, but Plex is still not working and I cannot connect via SSH, IP address, or via mobile apps.

I did some googling and found these two resources:
viewtopic.php?f=23&t=1085&p=6283&hilit=502#p6283
viewtopic.php?f=71&t=2720

I plugged in an HDMI cable into the back and connected a keyboard via the USB. I signed in as root and typed in:
/etc/init.d/nginx stop
/etc/init.d/nginx start
/etc/init.d/php-fpm restart

No luck, still 502 error. Please help!

Hi! If you cannot access the SSH terminal, you can fix it by reinstalling the TOS.

I am having this same error except I cannot access my shares. Just get the 502 when I try and access the web console
