Expressvpn with transmission?

Would love to find out if one can use expressvpn on this especially while using the transmission client.
I know I can run a router with expressvpn, but trying to simplify my setup by reducing the amount of equipment I am using, hence the reason I got this, so I didnt have to run a dedicated computer as a plex server and hard drive depository.
Wish I could setup expressvpn on one of the lan interfaces and dedicate it to say transmission so the vpn is active on that lan port only.
