Hello,

My F2-220 is using old version TOS 3.0.33 as presented in the guide i should first update to TOS 3.1 BUT this version isn't found at any download option at the website
Where can i download this version from?
I want to update the device to latest 4.1

please download the update package from the links below first :

Then you can manually update your TOS system one by one.

The First One it's No Working.

Can you reupload the 1º One ??

Thanks for this post. I was able to catch up with TOS updates using the individual installation packages. I am not sure why, but the NAS would freeze up after each update (waited hours). First update I thought it bricked itself. Restarts did not work. The only way I could revive is removing one of the drives and then restart the it.

It Seems that nobody rom terramaster is reading these post.
have you got the 3.1.15 update ?? Can you post / upload anywhere that we can download ?

We did find the link was not connected to server properly, that is the reason lead to failure. We will resolve the issue very soon. Sorry for that!

Thanks!!! Now It Works ... But I Have a Problem ( Serius Problem ) .

After Download the 3.1.15 and Install All it's Ok
After Download the 4.0.09 and Upload it , the terramaster reboot and i'm stuck here.

Explained :

1- Upload and install the 4 0.09 firmware update.
2 - the terramaster reboots and no detect none of two hard disk (RAID 1) - ( leds on red ) it makes 1 beep every 30 seconds +- .
3 - if I extract ( Hot Extract ) and Insert again ( Hot Insert) the two HDs then it shows the initial Web Page of instalation and offers me 2 options

" USE THE TO SYSTEM found on Hard Disks " OR "Install a new TO System".

4 - If I Select the first option " Use the TO System Found" , It makes 1 beep, the LAN LED it's turned off and it's inaccesible .... i wait 10 hours ... still the same. it's Stuck. then Reboot none of two hard drives are found ( two leds on red ) and the GO TO POINT 3 ---

IF I select the second option " Install new system" the web page says me that all my data it will be loss and of course i didn't continue.

So Now i'm with a system i can't boot .... and my data it's on it.

Any Idea ?

please choose the option " Install new system" , your data will not be deleted. but important, during initialization, DONOT create any
new volume or change the RAID configuration, or your data will be lost.
