FTP/SFTP Not working remotely

Hi

I have model F2-210 and I try to use FTP or SFTP remotley but not working. The services are activated and I try to use online acces remote link for FTP adress but not working. Any help how I can connect remotly to FTP or SFTP?

TNAS.online/TNAS.link supports TOS web service only! To use other services, you need to have a fixed public IP or a DDNS connection.

Create an DynDns account on duckdns.org, it's free and works perfectly
