Can only connect with directly connected?

I have a f2-220 and it seems like i can only connect to it via wifi on my laptop and not threw ethernet connected to my router. I can also direct connect to it via ethernet and it works but for some reason it doesn't over ethernet threw the router. Anyone know what can cause this kind of issue?

After some digging it seems when i ping the IP of the NAS it gets redirected back to the PC im on. I don't know why.

Issue was resolved. My Router was to blame, it had a bad lan routing table.
