I have terramaster Model: f2-220 SN:f2220-170800341 TOS 4.2.16-2109021809, with 2 drivers, Main drive is 4tb and second one is 6gb , both drives are Seagate, not raid
The problem I have is afte upgrade TOS software Plex server take 20 min to start
Web server dont start any diferent configuration i made
Can you help me?

Hi! Does it take so long to start the plex every time? Is the web server you installed the latest version? It is recommended that you update the app to the new version and see if the issue still exists.

Yes, any reboot the NAS ,plex take 20 min to start , and web server dont work , i try uninstall web server and install again, nothing change
All software is the last one

I try to contact support(at)terra-master.com , and nobody reply my emails to help me

This may be a silly question, but when you email them, you are replacing the "(at)" with an @ sign?

yes i repleace AT with @ , if not email server [email protected] notify you write bad the address

I recieve emails from support(a)terra-master.com, i reply with teamviewer access data, but dont connect, dont reply, nothing.....
