LAN not working

My NAS became inaccessible, I tried rebooting and observed I there are no system sound which I use to get earlier.
There is no green light in (LAN) led in front panel. HDD light lit up. I tried different cable same result. My router is working fine and other devices connected to it gets IP address.

Rebooted couple of time, with no luck getting connected and having an IP address.

please try the following:
1. power off your device, and remove all your drives from your TNAS;
2. power on your TNAS without drive, search your device on your local network with the TNAS PC app after the network indicator on;

if you fail to find your TNAS after it is powered on, your TNAS may be defective because of hardware failure, or the USB initboot device is defective, need to be replaced. In this case, please contact our service team for RMA service by email: service(a)terra-master.com.
