The App center keep showing blank?

Applicable models: All TNAS models
Applicable version: TOS 4.x, TOS 5.x
Symptoms
If you are a new user of TNAS, or your TNAS has been used for a period of time, when you enter the app center, you find that the page is blank without any application displayed.
Cause Analysis
There are several possible reasons for the above phenomenon.
1. Your TNAS fails to connect to the internet;
2. Your TNAS network DNS settings is incorrect, or The DNS server fails to resolve the TerraMaster server address;
3. TerraMaster server fails to respond;
Solutions
Please try following countermeasures:
1. To load the App, your TNAS need to connect to the internet. Check your network settings, and make sure your TNAS is connected to the internet;
2. Modify your DNS server, or change a new DNS server and try again. To modify DNS server, go to "Control Panel-Network Settings-Network Interface", edit the network interface, and modify the DNS to a new one, for example 8.8.8.8;
3. Make sure the gateway is consistent with the one of computer;
4. Refresh your web browser and try again.
