Internet works fine (qbittorrent downloads files).
DNS changes have been tried.
Also tried VPN (VPN French).
Application list is empty.
Seems to be a problem only with new NAS customers, old users are fine.
I'm attaching a couple of screenshots with and without VPN.

Email that support address in their signature. They'll coordinate with you for an optimal time to do the remote session.
