TNAS mobile prompts "Illegal request, timeout!" when logging in?

Cause Analysis
When the versions of TOS and TNAS mobile are the latest and the account has access rights, the system prompts "Illegal request, timout!" when logging in with TNAS mobile. It means that the TNAS may not be connected to the Internet correctly, or the network may be unstable, or the time zone setting may be wrong, etc., which may cause a timeout when logging in.

Solution
1. Please check whether the network is smooth.
2. Please check whether the phone system and TOS time are correct.
To set the TOS time, please log in to TOS, enter the "Control Panel", find "Region and Language"-"Time", set the correct time zone and time.
