Troubleshooting
Due to unexpected power failure or improper shutdown, the partition of hard disk may crash or become RAW format, and the data in the hard disk cannot be read. How to deal with it?
Solutions:
Windows OS:
Please go to disk management and check whether the partition prompted to format is in RAW format? If yes, you need to do the following:
1. Run cmd, then input chkdsk H: /f (H is the drive letter of the problematic hard disk), and finally press "Enter" to execute.
2. If it is invalid after performing step 1, you need a professional data recovery company to recover the data.
MAC OS:
Please go to Disk Management to check whether the hard disk is not mounted? If yes, you need to do the following:
1. In the Disk Utility, click the "First Aid" option.
2. If it is invalid after performing step 1, you need a professional data recovery company to recover the data.
