Mega Syncing USB Drive

Hi,
I just started testing a couple backup mechanisms for the TerraMaster I have. I initially started with the Backblaze B2 connector and found the external USB drives were not available in the setup. So, I created a symlink from appdata to the drive, and it worked.
I've started using MegaDisk. It's cheaper, has better app support, and seems pretty quick. Unfortunately the work around USB drives on the Backblaze B2 application doesn't work on the Megadisk utility.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to get my external drive data over to Mega?
