Help! F2-210 double disk - system can't find!

HI Guys,
Been on vacation for 3 weeks, come back and my Windows 10 laptop using Chrome browser won't find my F2-210 on the system! I tried TNAS PC and Opera & Firefox with the same result. I also tried on my desktop and mobile android. It was working fine before. What should I do? Thanks in advance for your help. Ian

During your vacation, have there been any power outages? would you tell me how is the LED indicators status?
An unexpected power failure may cause damage to the hard disks or file system.
If this happened, you could email to our tech team and ask for help, MAYBE they can recover your file system, let them try, or you have to go to a professional data recovery company and ask for a data recovery service.

The LED indicators are fine and I've tried everything else I can think of.

Hi!
Please try to unplug all the hard disks and power on again, can the TNAS PC search for the ip of your TNAS?

Nope. Tried that. Still getting the dread 'No TNAS device was found' message

Has the system been updated before the vacation? Can the power button be used normally? You can see if the following content meets:
