D5-300C does not show Seagate IronWolf

Newly bought D5-300C has two WD Red Drives in HDD 1 and 2 slots. Seagate IronWolf 6TB drive in slot 3 or 4 but is not recognised. Green light is showing for this HDD in either position 3 or 4.

Hi! Can you move Seagate IronWolf 6TB drive to HDD 5 slots to see if it is recognized?
If HDD1 and 2 are in Single or RAID1 mode, you can try to move one of the HDDs to HDD3 or 4 slot.

Had the Iron wolf been setup? If you watch this video, the guy had the same thing with an Iron Wolf drive

There is a reality that there are plenty of various devices on the market, if your hard disk is formatted on other devices and has data stored on it, there is a certain probability that the hard disk will not be recognized on TM D5-300C, and if such thing happens, you need to reformat it on your TM.
