My F2-220 does not work

It worked perfectly and has stopped working. Only the power light comes on.
I have checked the network cable but it does not connect and the disk light shows red, even when there are no disks inside.

Hi!
Please turn on TNAS (with the hard disk removed), and then search for IP with TNAS PC to see if it can be found. If it fails to search, it may be that the initboot system is broken, or the product hardware is faulty.
The solution to the initialization boot system is broken:
1. Make an initboot system:
viewtopic.php?f=75&t=1455
2. Buy an X86 initboot USB flash disk on Amazon.
If it doesn't work, you can remove the battery on the motherboard, then short-circuit both ends of the battery holder, clear COMS, and see if it is work.
If none of the above operation methods work, you can only follow the after-sales maintenance process.
