F4-300 RAID5: Reports "Broken" even only one disk is failing?

My D4-300 stopped responding today. After rebooting it and the computer, one of the HDD indicator lamp turned red and Windows is recognizing the device as "Uninitialized". When I checked in RAID Manager (2.1.8), it shows that my RAID 5 status is "Broken". I'm wondering why it's broken even if only one HDD is failing? How shall I proceed to rebuild the RAID and restore my data?

Thanks!

Sorry, the model should be F4-300.

Hi!
1. Only one HDD can be damaged in RAID5 mode. More than 2 HDDs will damage the RAID5 architecture, and the disk partition file system will be damaged at the same time. Maybe 2 HDDs in your RAID5 mode have been damaged.

2. If one HDD is damaged during normal use in RAID5 mode, the data will not be affected.

3. If your data is important, please restore it in time.
