Login with the password, and input the verification code, and then received the wrong verification code error message.
I can access the files on the LAN but not manage the NAS over the web.
I can move files in and out of the NAS but am unable to move files within the subfolder in the NAS.

I am able to receive the email when I request to reset the password. The input of the verification code works when resetting.

The verification code is case-sensitive, and there will be similar and different verification codes. Did you try to change your device to log in when you tried multiple times and failed? Please check the permissions of the sub-file when you cannot move the file in the sub-file.
