Can I access to the NAS with a mobile without using the TNAS app.
The TNAS app is okey(spartan but ok) to see and load files, but I would like to configure the NAS the same way I can do with the desktop browser.
Is there a chance?

You can log in to TOS through the browser on your phone.

TOS works on mobile phones web browser, but the GUI is designed for PC, I do not think you will happy with that. I will recommend you use the TNAS mobile app, it is not perfect now, but we keep improving it with new releases.
