Hello,

I tried to reinstall TOS following viewtopic.php?t=960

and I closed by mistake the browser during the process.

Now I can't turn off the device by pressing on the off button and TNAS PC cannot find it anymore.

I would like to know

- if there are any solution to revive my TNAS
- if I can at least recover my data in HDD by connecting it directly on my PC

Closing browser during installation normally will not interrupt the process, but cut off power supply will brick your device. now please try to unplug the power cable, remove all your drives from your TNAS, power on it again without drive and try if the TNAS PC can find your device. if you still fail to find your device, then write email to our tech team and ask for help.
