Storage pool not increased after adding new drive to RAID 5

I had 3x 16 TB drives in raid 5, with used space of 28.39TB and free space of 722.97 GB

I added another 16TB drive, it took 4 days to synchronise and is now completed

It is still showing as 28.39TB used and 722.97GB free space

Here are the screenshots of what it is showing now:

I was expecting after synchronisation completed that the storage pool would increase by 16TB and then i could extend the volume to use the extra space, but i don't know what im doing wrong?

I have tried restarting it but it made no difference

Ive also tried running as root via SSH that i found on another page:

lvextend -l +100%FREE /dev/vg1/lv1

But that just returns:

New size (7628151 extents) matches existing size (7628151 extents).

Volume size will not expand by itself, you need to expand the volume capacity manually after the storage pool expansion complete. Click "Edit" on Volume page.

The volume can't be expanded as the pool doesn't show the extra capacity

would you change a web browser and try again? we recommend google chrome and Safari. If changing web browser does not help, then write an email to our tech team and ask for a remote session.

The capacity has been expanded successfully through remote help.
