Is it possible to run a webserver on port 80. Or at least change the redirect from the TNAS admin page to a different address?

Port 80 is already used for other essential system functions. Forcing a change to the port will cause some system functions to fail.

Exactly what 'essential' services? If I stop nasips what will stop working?

TNAS devices could not be detected by TNAS PC if nasips is stopped.
