Clam Antivirus logs issue

Hi, problem in Clam Antivirus - some logs won't delete and I get the error
":Invalid agreement supplied for foreach() in /usr/www/include/ajax/clamav.php on line 90".
Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix it. Since I've has this issue it's never got the end of a full scan.
