Hi All,

Can't seem to find an answer in the manual for this.

I have a D2-310 with 2 x 6TB Seagate Ironwolf NAS drives.

All have been going well for 6+ months, I've just moved houses and was VERY careful moving the D2-310 but now I've just plugged it in and both HHD1 & HDD2 are flashing orange, the power button is flashing, and my PC is making the pinging noise every couple of seconds as if the drive is connecting then disconnecting.

Is there something wrong with one or both drives?

What's the RAID mode for your two drives?
It's possible that the RAID is unmounted, please start your D2-310 and let the RAID to be re-synced.

One more thing, please make sure you used a correct power adapter.
