Can access via HTTP but not via FILE://192.168.1.10

I just set up the NAS for the first time and can log in via the web browser but when I go to file explorer and use file://192.168.1.10 it comes up with:
"Your file couldn't be accessed
It may have been moved, edited, or deleted.
ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND"
I have tried turning on and off SMB 1.0, I have enabled SMB 2.0, nothing fixes this issue. How do I get this to work so I can map to the raid in Windows 10 64 bit (updated to 21H2)?
