D5-300C Loud Vibration Noise

Frequently, I hear loud vibration noises from my D5-300C. it disappears if I press down on the external housing. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions?
Please find the S/N at the bottom of the device and send to us, also please advise your HDD model number.
Please try to put a thick book under the device to see if anything better.
