High CPU usage SMB when downloading. Slow speeds F5-221

So I run an i5 PC as a Plex server and when I have any downloads going on it basically maxes out one of the CPU cores on the SMB service dropping my download speeds to a crawl and making Plex pretty much unresponsive. Downloads are controlled on the Windows 10 PC too with save location on the NAS.

Only way to recover it is to stop the SMB file service and restart.

Which file are you trying to download? Is downloading proceeded the same time when Plex is streaming ?
