thank you and good day for allowing me to write this new topic.

I recently bought a Terramaster F4-422 with 4 HDs.
I followed the configuration guide of my D-link DVA-5593 router with a static DNS from voip.com.
But I keep having remote connection problems (does not connect). Then I looked on this forum for some information on the settings on this router and on the internet. Unfortunately, no information was helpful.

My F4-422 has been regularly initialized and configured in Tnas, in fact, from the same network it works without problems, but when I connect remotely it is a failure.

I hope for your help to understand how to set up this router correctly.

NAS: F4-422
Router: D-Link DVA-5593
DDNS Static: active on voip.com
Sw: OS MAC

IP remoto: ip DDNS
Port: TCP/UDP: 8181
Local Host: IP (F4-422)

I checked from www.portchecktool.com, but it confirms that the door is closed.

Please check if your network has internet ip.
