Unboxed, installed 4 new 4TB drives, powered on, drives showed as Good, went thru TOS installation, says it would restart and take me to the login page.

After restart it only says "Error Connection Refused". You can ping it, but you cannot ssh to it or connect to it with a browser. The TNAS PC app sees it, but hitting login only opens a browser and you get connection refused. tried secured and unsecured connections.

Not sure what to do, try to eject drives and force a reinstall?

The sound of disk activity along with red LED lights flashing would indicate the NAS is not fully ready yet. If this is what you observe, I suggest wait for everything to settle down before making further attempt to log in.

Lights are all green, and there is nothing to log into as it refuses all connections.

I powered off, pulled the drives, powered on, let it detect that drives were missing, hot connected drives, reinstalled TOS, then it worked.
