Plex download fails. Need external link

Can someone help me out with an external download link for Plex (ARM version)?
I'm attempting to download after resetting my NAS, PMS version 1.22.3.4392, and it never succeeds. It maxes out around 19% completion, and that takes so long to get to. I found that this was the link TOS is trying to download from
http://dl.terra-master.com/cn/RTK7.0CJ/ ... arch64.tpk
and trying both on my phone and computer, still fails at 19%. Does anyone have the link to an older version maybe? Just so i can get installed.

and it downloaded just fine. Now however, TOS just fails to install the file after reaching 50%.
Any ideas?
