outkastm which is the default port?

As far as i read, there is no local webui interface. You need to connect via https://my.jdownloader.org.
You need to create an account there and then enter these in the Configuration Section.

I see it also listen on port 9665 and 9666 for
9666 -> CnL and Flashgot
9665 -> SingleInstanceManager. Used to detect running JDownloader instance and allows command line parameters from JDownloader forwarded to running JDownloader instance.

I have already an account, but my problemi is the sake that i have with resilio, i can't see the window that you posted and i don't know how i can modify user and password. Could you tell me which is the installation folder? So i can modify the config file

Are you connected with user admin on TOS ?

Yes, and i also tried to connect via ftp with root user or admin but now i can't see root folder
