Cannot Update or Uninstall USB Copy

Dear Community,

I have a problem with USB Copy. Since TOS was updated, I want to update USB Copy as well, but it will not let me. It also will not let me uninstall it. I suspect the application has become corrupted, but is there any way to force an uninstall so that I can do a fresh clean install of USB copy? Many thanks.

Frank

Is it the only issue with USB Copy or all the apps?

Hi,

Clam Antivirus works just fine, and I just tried to install "Web Server", which seems to be working as far as I can tell. Those are the only apps that I have installed at the moment.

KR,

Please SSH access your TNAS and logged in as root (the password is the login password of admin) and run the cmd line below:
1. rm /tmp/wget-usbcopy
2. rm /tmp/scripts_run/get.usbcopy
The refresh the page to reinstall USB Copy.

Please SSH login as root to run the cmd lines, the login password is the same with admin's TOS login password.

Many thanks! And sincere apologies for the lack of reading comprehension on my part

Issue seems to be solved now.
