This ffmpeg is suited particullary for jellyfin, it makes posssible to use QSV instead of VAAPI, improving transcoding performance.
I'm using the ffmpeg in this post, VAAPI as hardware acceleration and its impossible see for example a 4k movie.
P.S: I got an F1-221 so it has a J3455 cpu

Unfortunately is not possible. In order to enable qsv support, i need to enable the nonfree flag during build which will break the GPL and will make the package unredistributable
