Proxy Server

I decided to migrate my Proxy server from my QNAP TS453A to my F2-422, I installed the beta app and it shows as installed.
However when I click on the app icon in Applications, it shows as "Stopped", if I start it it shows "configuring" then "started" but it shows as stopped shortly afterwards. The Proxy does not work. Any ideas why it's doing this, I restarted the NAS but still the same.

2x 12TB WD Drives
OS 4.2.09
