Plex vs Emby vs Terramaster's Multimedia??

I only want to see my photos and videos stored on f2-221 from my smart tv or other local devices. I don't really care about all the streaming channels on Plex, I'm assuming that Emby has them too.
From my minimal needs, will the Terra-Master Multimedia app do what I need or would I still benefit by using Plex or Emby? My TVs are DLNA and I believe the Roku and Firestick are as well.
I've reinstalled TOS on new hardware and want to keep the installation as clean as possible so would only like to have 1 media app on the server.
