It has started occurring that TNAS becomes unresponsive after staying idle for a day or so. Web page doesn't open, telnet/ssh doesn't open. TNAS doesn't respond to power button and the only way to shut it down is to disconnect from power.
After power on it doesn't boot up, just trying to load and at some point hangs, leds are solid green.

I could only re boot it by detaching one HDD (any one of two). After one successful cycle of booting I can reattach the hdd back and it continues working.

I have checked HDDs, no issues reported. (one is btrfs, another ext4).

The patch didn't help. I started copying from attached USB drive to HDD and it hung after some time this the same symptoms...

Is it possible to let our engineer check it remotely?You can send an email to our tech team to confirm it.
