Plex not installing

Hi, good evening.
I was trying to install Plex Media Server on my TNAS bu I always get the message : "Operation Failed".

none of these work...Plex server didn't even installed...

Please check if your network is connected.

yes my network is connected, other applications were installed without any problems.

Hi,
Have you downloaded successfully now?
When you download multiple applications at once, some applications will show that they are preparing.
