Add a Drive after Raid5 is made

Hi
I just picked a TNAS F4-210 and its great, I have 3 3tb Iron Wolf drive in it as raid5 for 6tb of space. My question can I add another 3tb Iron Wolf to the same raid with out having to do a full reconstruction..
